Virginia delivered personalized training for our staff using DISC Assessments. She used information shared by me and staff beforehand to tailor customer service and policy/procedure activities. She’s engaging and professional ensuring quality activities that keep staff interested and participating throughout a full day! Our staff came away with a better understanding of what makes each of us tick. I witnessed deepening of connections between staff whose workday actions don’t frequently connect. We will use her services in the future for other learning opportunities.
